A Quarter Cow Share takes up approximately 3 to 5 cubic feet of freezer space (about one-third of a standard chest freezer).

3 New York Strips (2 per pack - 1.5" thick cut)

2 Bone-in Ribeyes (2 per pack - 1.5" thick cut)

3 Sirloins (2 per pack - 1.5" thick cut)

40 Ground Beef (1 lb per pack)

(Note: Cattle do vary naturally in size, so exact cut counts may vary slightly, but we will always add more pounds to your share, never less!)

Free Local Pickup: Available every other Monday from 11:30 AM to 6:00 PM at our office in the Alva downtown square. Select "Pickup" at checkout!

Regional Shipping (Select States Only): To ensure you get the fairest rate possible, shipping is calculated and invoiced separately after you place your order.

How Shipping Works: Once you place your order, we will calculate the exact shipping cost based on your location and send you a separate invoice for the freight before your beef ships out on a Monday.
