Hanger Steak

The Hanger steak is known to be very tender and packed with flavor. It comes from the animal's upper belly, which gets very little movement. There is only one per animal so it is rare to find one and they sell out fast! Great with just salt and pepper on the grill but will absorb a marinate well.
