Fajita Strips

Our fajita meat is from thin strips of skirt steak and is rich and full of flavor! Best grilled or seared in a hot skillet, then cut across the grain. Pull them out of the freezer when you're in a pinch for time to make delicious and tender fajitas, steak tacos, or stir fry!
