Masterfully butchered, frozen at peak freshness, and individually vacuum-sealed, this share delivers 37+ lbs of cut-and-wrapped beef ready for your home freezer.

An Eighth Cow Share fits easily right into a standard kitchen refrigerator freezer, leaving plenty of room for your other groceries.

2 New York Strips (1.5" thick cut)

1 Bone-in Ribeye (1.5" thick cut)

2 Sirloins (1.5" thick cut)

1 Filet (2" thick cut)

2 Savory Roasts (3 to 4 lbs each)

2 Short Ribs

1 Stew Meat

1 Soup Bone

20 Ground Beef Packs (1 lb per pack)

(Note: Cattle do vary naturally in size, so exact cut counts may vary slightly, but we will always add more pounds to your share, never less!)

Free Local Pickup: Available every other Monday from 11:30 AM to 6:00 PM at our office in the Alva downtown square. Select "Pickup" at checkout!

Regional Shipping (Select States Only): To ensure you get the fairest rate possible, shipping is calculated and invoiced separately after you place your order.

How Shipping Works: Once you place your order, we will calculate the exact shipping cost based on your location and send you a separate invoice for the freight before your beef ships out on a Monday.
