Our 1/2 Grass-Finished Cow Share is an excellent option for families who want total food security and a complete stock of premium, 100% grass-finished beef. To ensure optimal flavor and finish, we harvest these animals exclusively in the late fall after they have spent the summer grazing our native Northwest Oklahoma pastures. By choosing a half share, you fill your freezer with every cut the animal offers, from Ribeyes and Filets to Briskets, Roasts, and Ground Beef, all at a significant discount compared to individual retail pricing.

Flavor Profile: A complete range of premium beef cuts, featuring the clean and robust flavor of cattle raised entirely on native Oklahoma pasture.

Size: Approx. 200–250 lbs of finished, vacuum-sealed meat. Requires a dedicated 7–10 cubic foot chest freezer.

📦 DELIVERY & PICKUP OPTIONS: Please note that the purchase price covers the beef only. Shipping and handling are handled separately due to variations in final hanging weight:

Processor Pickup (Free): You may pick up your order directly from the processor once it is ready. We will coordinate with you on the timing and location.

Insulated Shipping ($200-300): If you require shipping, it will be invoiced after your beef is processed and weighed. We will calculate the most cost-effective UPS Ground rates for your specific order volume. Your beef will ship on our next scheduled Monday once the shipping invoice is settled.

The Process:

Reserve: Pay your $200 deposit today.

Process: Once your beef is processed, we will calculate the final balance based on the actual hanging weight.

Final Invoice: We will email you a final invoice for the remaining balance plus any applicable shipping and handling costs.

Pickup or Ship: Your beef will be ready for free pickup at the processor (or ranch) or shipped via UPS Ground once the final invoice is paid.
